Photography: An authentically art

Photography is an art. It is also application as well as practice where people use to create durable pictures by recording light and other electromagnetic radiation. It is either electronically by means of any image sensor, or chemically with the help of a light-sensitive material like photographic film. Techniques

  • The camera – The camera is a dark chamber or room from which, all light is excluded except that forms the image. It was actually discovered and used by painters in the 16th century.   • Dual photography – It is consists of photographing a scene from both the sides of a photographic device all at once. The dual photo apparatus typically used to simultaneously capture both sides of a geographical place at once, or both the photographer and the subject, and also adding a supplementary narrative part to that of a single image.
  • Full-spectrum, ultraviolet and infrared media – New technological advancements in digital photography have emerged a new direction in full spectrum photography, i.e. careful filtering choices across the ultraviolet, visible and infrared which leads to new artistic visions.
  • Light field photography – Digital methods of image capture as well as display processing have enabled the new technology called “light field photography” or synthetic aperture photography. This process associated with focusing at various depths of subject to be selected after the photograph has been captured.
  • Imaging techniques – Besides the camera, many other methods of forming images with light are there.  Photograms are such an example, where without the use of a camera, images produced by the shadows of objects cast on the photographic paper. Objects can also be placed directly on a glass of an image scanner to produce digital images.
